In this clip I’m reading the Bhagavad Gita on action without attachment.

Arjuna has a duty he doesn’t want to perform. He’s emotionally attached to the outcome. Krishna’s answer: do your work, but don’t make your psychological well-being dependent on the result. You have the right to work, never to the fruit of work. And don’t twist that into an excuse for inaction — still try. Don’t attach to the fruit, and don’t attach to not acting. Yoga here isn’t the stretches; it’s evenness of mind in success and failure. Detached from the outcome, you’re finally free to act.

Founder translation: stop letting metrics, praise, and fear of a miss own your week. Ship the product, post the lesson, talk to the customer — then release the scoreboard. Clinging to the fruit freezes you. Quitting because the fruit isn’t guaranteed is the same freeze. Do the work that is yours.

Do the work. Don’t marry the outcome.
