Limited resources force you to make do with what you’ve got — no room for waste, and that forces you to be creative. Southwest flew one plane type so every pilot and crew member could work any flight. Even with more resources than ever, 37signals still puts one or two people on a product at a time.

Founder translation: scarcity isn’t the blocker. It’s the editor. Don’t wait for the round, the hire, or the perfect setup. Ship with what’s in your hands. Constraints are advantages in disguise.
